Neuroadaptive Occupational Therapy Intensives
Neuroadaptive occupational therapy intensives for autism spectrum disorders are high frequency; short term, specialized therapy sessions which last approximately 2 hours daily, for 5 days. These neuro-intensives are designed to promote neuroplasticity and rapid skill acquisition. Neuroadaptive occupational therapy intensives target sensory processing, motor skills, and daily living activities for children with neurological impairments, aiming to overcome plateaus and enhance functional independence through concentrated, repetitive and individualized intervention.
The Neuro-based approach utilizes neuro-developmental strategies and techniques such as photo biomodulation (low level laser therapy), and other specialized equipment.
Neuroadaptive Occupational Therapy Intensives focus on:

- Motor coordination
