We believe that having loved ones nearby lifts spirits, brightens moods and improves healing. However, there are a few things to consider when coming by to say hello.

Visiting Policy Updated December 1, 2022

VISITORS: If you’ve tested positive for COVID or experiencing COVID-19 or Flu-like symptoms, please defer visit until asymptomatic.

Kentucky River Medical Center is taking the following steps in an effort to protect our patients, staff and the community:

• Visiting hours for inpatient patients
• 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
• We recommend visitors to wear masks when COVID-19 Community Levels are listed high as defined by the CDC. All employees will wear masks during this time.
• At this time, COVID patients are not allowed visitors except in the case of end-of-life circumstances.
